Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day*. Our cut off for same day dispatch is 12:00. (We are closed Wednesdays & Sundays) During busy periods, of for bespoke orders, dispatch times may be slightly longer. This will be agreed in advance or visible on the product page.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

*Candle Club Boxes dispatch in the last week of each month, New subscribers receive the next month’s box therefor a longer dispatch time is to be expected.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
