Orders & Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 during the same working day. For bespoke orders, dispatch may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Products
Are your products handmade?
All products are hand-poured in small batches in South Shields.
What wax do you use?
We use high-quality soy wax for a clean and even burn.
How long do your candles last?
Burn time varies depending on the product. Our vintage jar candles typically last approximately 80 hours.
Candle Care
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the container during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
Burn your candle for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time.
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use for a cleaner, safer burn.
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep burning candles away from pets and children.
Proper candle care helps ensure a cleaner, safer, and longer-lasting burn
Returns & Issues
Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us with a photo of the item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Candle Club
When will my Candle Club box arrive?
Boxes are dispatched in the last week of each month.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on sign-up, and then monthly on the same date.
What will I receive?
Each box includes a themed candle, wax melts, and additional fragrance items. Scents are exclusive to the Candle Club.
Which box will I receive when I sign up?
New subscribers receive the next month’s box to align with the current theme.

Do you have a physical shop?
Yes. We are based in South Shields. Please see our Visit Us page for details.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes. We run candle-making workshops. Details can be found on our workshops page.
Do you offer wholesale
Yes. But we are very specific on the projects we take on, We work exclusively wtih national museums and attractions. For enquiries, please contact us!
Do you create bespoke products
Of course, We are happy to work with you to create something for your special occasion, Baby Showers, Wedding Favours, Memories and Event gifts are just a few of the bespoke projects we've taken on.
